The Service responds to Senior Management and is responsible for assisting and guiding the internal and external public regarding access to information. It also receives and handles the various demands from the stakeholders (suggestions, complaints, compliments and queries). Other duties are:

• Provide the applicant with the requested information, in a clear and precise manner, or indicate where the information can be found;
• Assist and guide the public regarding access to information;
• Grant access to information when available;
• Record all requests received and responses provided to users.
