Responsible for establishing the management policies, objectives, goals, flows and priorities, the Corporate Management Board conducts the Institutional Strategic Planning together with the Senior Management. Otherduties are:
Direct, plan and control the activities of the various subordinate areas
• Execute the corporate strategy, as well as the general guidelines approved by the Boards and by the Chief Executive Officer
Manage and drive programs, projects and strategic goals
Identify opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, make recommendations on conduct or development of partnerships and new businesses
Acting in the relationship with the Government and respective Control Bodies
Monitor the implementation and application of policies, processes, organizational procedures and performance indicators
Concentrate the activities of the other Boards and respective subordinate areas, in case of vacancy or vacancy of positions, when determined by the Chief Executive Officer
Negotiate institutional interests and manage crisis
