Communications

The Communications Department's main objective is to care for the institutional image of FFM, in addition to planning, designing and executing the Foundation's integrated communication plan. It is responsible for managing the Institution's Website which is aimed at the external public, as well as the Intranet, the interdepartmental communication channel that offers employees greater agility in searching for information, documents, reports, among others. The Department reports to the Corporate Management Board. Other duties are:

  • Manage the channels, instruments and content for institutional dissemination in its various purposes;
  • Ensuring brand positioning;
  • Work to strengthen the Institution's image in the market;
  • Plan, coordinate and implement campaign development;
  • Act in line with the FMUSP-HC Academic Health System;
  • Provide access to information in a reliable, up-to-date and transparent manner;
  • Disseminate relevant institutional information to their respective target audiences;
  • Provide media relations and crisis management, when relevant;
  • Support the various areas of the organization and act in a joint and integrated manner.
