Human Resources

The Human Resources Department develops and implements policies for recruiting, selecting and retaining employees, as well as all operational routines for admission, payroll, control of working hours, dismissal, collection, storage and availability of applicable documentation. The department is linked to the Administrative Board and has the following duties:

  • Develop and monitor Human Resources activities, planning, organizing and controlling its indicators and goals
  • Carry out recruitment activities and conduct selection processes for the selection of professionals
  • Manage all admission, removal, vacation, payroll, attendance and dismissal routines
  • Enable corporate learning in a humanized way
  • Foster training, development and capacity building activities
  • Establish job and salary policies, as well as career progression
  • Administer the benefits and partnerships policy
  • Participate in the Disciplinary Investigation Commission
  • Ensure the safety, health and quality of life of employees
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, in addition to meeting deadlines and keeping data sent to eSocial up to date
  • Participate in hearings in the Labor Court involving contractors by the FFM
  • Management of staff and costs of projects managed by FFM
