The Fundação Faculdade de Medicina is dedicated to promoting education, research, and healthcare, particularly supporting the activities of the Hospital das Clínicas de Medicina da USP - HC/FMUSP and the Faculdade de Medicina da USP. 

In light of the enactment of Law No. 13,709/2018, the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and the Foundation's commitment to ensuring greater transparency and protection of personal data under its responsibility, the Foundation has initiated a Privacy Governance Program. This program aims to ensure compliance with the aforementioned law and other regulations related to data protection. The Compliance Office is responsible for ensuring that the Fundação Faculdade de Medicina complies with the General Data Protection Law, guided primarily by the Data Privacy Policy and the Information Security Policy.
