The Administrative Board directs, plans and controls the activities of areas subordinated to it, in addition to being responsible for the development and dissemination of good practices and the set of policies, guidelines, beliefs and institutional values. Other duties are:

• Implement and supervise the standardization of processes, performance indicators and administrative measures in the various organizational sectors;
  
• Supervise and manage employees in related areas;
  
• Carry out risk management and lead the confrontation with administrative challenges;
  
• Administer resources, prepare management reports, perform critical data analysis and monitor indicators.
