The Board of Trustees (or Board of Directors) is the FFM's highest body whose function is to promote and establish the entity's general policy for the achievement of its statutory objectives.

It is composed of ten members, including Full Professors from the Medicine School at USP and representatives of the Advisory Board of FFM, the Association of Former Students of FMUSP and Students of FMUSP.
