Reporting Channel

With the immediate objective of implementing a tool to evaluate, verify and investigate reports about suspected or real cases of non-compliance, the compliance office of the Fundação Faculdade de Medicina provides this whistleblowing channel, allowing any person or institution to have direct access to the foundation compliance office.
