Considering that Fundação Faculdade de Medicina - FFM is a non-profit entity governed by private law, which has among its objectives, as enshrined in Article 2, II and VI of the Bylaws:

• II – to encourage work in the didactic care and research areas, through material support and decent remuneration for researchers, teaching staff and other professionals;
• VI - to institute scholarships, internships and assistance to professors, scholars and researchers, whose work may contribute to the achievement of its objectives;

The FFM, in compliance with the Statute and with the applicable legislation, comes to establish Norms for Granting Research Scholarships.
